We have only had the freezer for about 3 weeks, so far all is well. This is the first one we have owned so we hope it holds up to what we expect.

This freezer is replacing existing chest freezer that was inconvenient with everything piled on top of each other. Now items are easy to find and arrange.

Wonderful. Was able to use immediately. Clean design.One thing I would change would be for the bottom basket to be a complete basket so you could fill completely without things falling out. OR have 2 drawers for storage

We love the sleek design of the freezer and the quietness of the freezer while it is running. I also like the green light on the floor to indicate it is operating. The inside is well designed for height and storage of items. My husband liked that once adjusted that he could lock the rollers in place so it did not roll out every time we opened the door.

Great Freezer, recommend to anyone needing alot of room for their meat. We filled it with a 1/4 cow about 160 lbs and another 40 pounds of pork fit no problem. The only thing I would change is locate the temp control dial in a different location. Where it is opens it up to damage from falling steaks! LOL! Yes, I accidentally drop a T-Bone Steak and it hit the dial and broke it off. Had to purchase a new knob and wire harness

My new freezer is a cold keeper. My issue with it though is how loudly it ran a couple of evenings. I don't know what caused that to happen. Otherwise, it works.

We upgraded from a chest freezer to an upright deep freezer. This one worked great right out of the box. Plugged it in and 4 hours later I was able to transfer everything from the chest freezer to the the new upright freezer. I would recommend.

Regardless of other reviews stating this freezer is a little loud for indoors, I have mine in the laundry room and it is exceptionally quiet. The shelves are deep and easily adjusted; although I can't think why they have the plastic clips on them instead of the traditional shelf support. I can see these being an issue in the future to replace if they break.The door holders are a tad shallow, but the perfect size for boxes of breakfast roll-ups and burritos. They are also the perfect place for bagged veg, so they aren't taking up room on the shelves.I found the basket in the bottom, although not the usual shape, to be just the right size and depth to store an 18lb+ turkey, plus any other large cuts of meat that I would want to freeze.After a recent power outage, the alarm worked well and was not overly intrusive; loud enough to make you aware that the internal temp was not at its set coldness.Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase thus far. However, if I need replacement shelf clips, we will see how Customer Service handle this.

Our new freezer is exactly what we were looking for. We also plan to order an additional shelf for ours. I do a lot of canning in the winter months. I freeze the tomatoes, apples and berries in gallon ziplock bags, this unit has plenty of room for all my goodies.

This freezer is top of the line in this capacity. I reviewed several features on like capacities and found this one to be the most pleasing to my tastes. This freezer has more shelves in the door than any other model I looked at. They are deep and sturdy to hold a lot of extra freezable items. Compared to my older freezer, this one seems to have better lighting and more useable freezer storage to organize my items. Frigidaire is a brand that you can trust.

The freezer is large, and storage is no longer an issue. It is a ENERGY STAR rated and has a reversible door. Read the directions when you reverse the door.

The first freezer that we bought did not work; it would not stay on, so we were able to get it replaced. The replacement has been amazing! It is so big and roomy and you know the door is shut. That is a problem we have had with other freezers in the past™"the door not always closing well. With the Frigidaire freezer, it is a big, heavy door and it closes tightly every single time! I love this freezer!

I think the freezer has many great features, well lit, lots of shelves and is quiet. I like the green light to show it is on. My only complaint is that it moves easily. That is nice for moving it in to place but it moves when opening the door. Seems to get better as it gets fuller!

The shelves are well thought out and allow room for both large and smaller items. I like the built-in alarms for low temp and door open. I have tested the open-door alert, and it works great. The unit is very quiet and the door seals very tight. I can literally pull the freezer across the floor if I don't hold the side when opening. I highly recommend.

We bought this when our other spare freezer died. I had to reload the new freezer with the old freezers food. I couldn't believe how much extra space we have with the same cubic footage. Very happy with our purchase. It has great lighting and looks pretty too. I love the shelves on the door as well as the open drawer on the bottom. It's a perfect freezer for our needs.
