However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (208) 365-5700 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Along with all of the furniture, mattresses, and appliances we sell, we also do in home servicing and repairs of most major brand appliances. Service A (0 to 14.4 miles): $75.00
Service B (14.5 to 29.4 miles): $90.00
Service C (29.5 to 40 miles): $125.00
Service D (40+ miles): Price Varies, please call store for more info

The prices of our service and repair calls include a 30 day warranty on our labor, trip charge which includes mileage, and a return trip to install whatever necessary parts were needed to fix the appliance. Any parts required to fix the appliance will be an additional cost. If the cost to repair your appliance exceeds the value of the appliance, we price match Lowes, Home Depot, and RC Willey so be sure to check out the rest of our website to see if we can help you find the new appliance of your dreams!

We do require someone over the age of 18 to be present at time of service. There will be a “no show" fee if no one is present at the time of service and there will also be a cancellation fee if the customer does not cancel at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled service time. The payment for the service call is due at the time of service.
